Vanilla WHEY+ Peanut Butter Crepes

Check out this great new recipe for Vanilla WHEY+ Crepes topped with peanut butter and sliced banana! They’re low in carbs and high in protein, and they only take about five minutes to make! It’s a delicious protein-packed breakfast or snack to kick-start your day.

Ingredients:
50g WHEY+ Vanilla )or flavor of your choice)
75g almond flour
6 egg whites
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Splenda or sweetener, if desired
Peanut butter
Banana

Directions:
1. Mix the WHEY+, almond flour, egg whites, eggs, water, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sweetener in a large bowl.
2. Pour a thin layer of the batter in the skillet and cook the crepe.
3. Add peanut butter, banana and a dash of cinnamon to the middle of the crepe
4. Roll the crepe and ENJOY!
