Sculpt your CORE & LOWER ABS with this gymnastics ball routine – FEEL THE BURN

Been asked about my abs workout. So in addition to the workout I posted about 2 weeks ago, I put together another workout for you! This one includes a stability ball and focuses on CORE & LOWER ABS. Girls often find those particularly difficult to train. I love stability ball exercises because you really need to engage your core and it trains your balace & coordination. All those things we need to train so we’re good when we get older!
Maybe you should find a ball that has more air though. This one here made it pretty hard but I didn’t have a pump at hand.
