Should You Work Out Your Abs?

Compound movements that strengthen your core just wont cut it if you want a defined abdomen!
Dont be lazy, look up some easy ab workouts and do them after your workout at the gym.
It does not have to be a 10 minute ab destruction, a simple ab routine with three different movements is fine.
