Thomas shows the world how to do a Tabata. Show Up Fitness Personal Trainer does 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest with the deadlift, push-ups, rows, presses. Show Up Fitness is a private personal training studio in Santa Monica and Dublin, CA (we’ve got 90 minute free parking!) We’re credentialed personal trainers (everyone has graduated a six-month intensive personal & nutrition training school, not your measly weekend course like most trainers) who specialize in: fat loss, sports performance, injuries, nutrition consulting, rehab, pre/post pregnancy, contest prep (bikini, figure, body building) MMA, crossfit style workouts, booty building, corrective exercise and just pure fun! We’ve got everything from TRX, BOSU balls, workout tires, dumbbells, and battle ropes. Thursday nights we offer happy hours from 730-830pm and ChrisTalks debunking fitness myths, and LIVE podcasts talking about the owner’s book, The Vulgar Truth Diet: Fat Loss.
