Single Kettlebell Swings with Eric

Toronto Boot Camp Teaser: Kettlebell exercises are a staple in our boot camps. Single kettlebell swings were part of Sunday’s HIIT boot camp workout with Klaudius Petrulis, @coachklaud , and Eric Astrauskas @ericastrauskas , on Lakeshore West near “Bar Park”, Toronto. These are good for cardio, fat loss, power and strength endurance. This is just one of ten exercises performed. This session included: burpees with ball slam combo, battling ropes,kettlebell squat presses, Turkish get ups, mountain climbers, and more. 1min for each exercise and 3 rounds with only 30s rest between sets.
