Strength and Conditioning in Thailand

In addition to the typical regimen of skipping rope, shadowboxing, padwork, bagwork, and body conditioning, the fighters here at the Thailand Training Camp are expected to develop all of their energy systems. Strength and conditioning as well as sprint work becomes a must, with this intensity we take precautions when it comes to recovery by mixing moderate and intense days, training duration, and recovery methods such as ice baths as you can see at the end of the video.
