I am absolutely destroyed from 17.1 today. I can’t even bend over haha. You can probably figure out why if you watched the intro. Anyways, I planned on doing a metcon after the lifting but I decided not to because my back was annihilated and I want to be fresh for when I do 17.1 again on Monday.

The workout:
1. Strict Press 3 sets of 10 reps (95-105-115) 1 set of 6 reps (120#)
2. Box Front Squats 6 x 5 reps
Set 1: 225 Ibs
Set 2: 235 Ibs
Set 3-6: 245 Ibs
3. 7 x 3 reps Power Cleans from blocks @185 all sets

Not a whole lot of volume but got to rest up to get a better score on Monday.
