5-10-15 is super simple…all you have to do is show up for workouts five days a week for three weeks straight, take pictures of all your meals, and follow the suggested meal plan. We’ve been running the program for three years, and the results are pretty consistent–participants generally lose an average of 5 inches off of their total body and up to 10 lbs on the scale. Amazingly it all happens in just 15 half hour workouts–that’s why we call it the 5-10-15 Rapid Reboot & Fat Loss Program.
