Trap Bar Squat Jump | Vancouver Strength Coach | Upside Strength

Here’s a great exercise to improve your RFD (Rate of Force Development) or how fast you can express your strength. Before you use it, build a strong foundation with your unloaded explosive jumps and squatting/hinging exercises.

Perform 3 to 5 sets of 3 to 6 jumps striving for maximum velocity upon takeoff.
