Traps 125kgX10/hip thrust 120kgX8/grip strength 235kg and attempt 240kg/calves/abs

I managed to hold the 235kg for 30 seconds but i failed the 240kg i held it for like 27 seconds so i was close to 30 😀 i did calves 20 reps on each calf and the weight was 37,5kg 😀 i did abs 10 reps with 12,5kg weight 😀 LIKE&SUBSCRIBE&SHARE 🙂
