Week 3: Morning Cardio (ABS Workout)

This is the Third Week of my Cutting Diet. I’ve started at 218 Pounds. This is my first attempt to make a workout video without a camera Man.

My Macros this week:
205 Grams Protein
150 – 200 Grams Carbs
45 Grams Fat

Please give me feedback on if it’s decent without a camera guy.
