Cycling is the BEST weight loss aka fat burning exercise around. Heck, its not even exercise when you make it a LIFESTYLE like riding to work, riding with your kids, riding to do errands etc. The BEST most dramatic weight loss transformations I have seen is when an individual be it male or female, younger or older grabs the high carb low fat vegan fruit focused lifestyle by the handle bars and jumps on a nice crisp new properly fitted road bike and pedals off into the horizon. Literally.

Ive done lots of videos on the benefits for health & weight loss on a high carb low fat raw foods style vegan lifestyle. When you focus just on diet you miss out on the other VITAL facets involved in PERMANENT weight loss. What are these vital fat burning lifestyle tips? Its early nights, drinking enough for clear urine, doing b12 shots if you have low levels etc. Its eating high calories from whole food plant carbs with fruit being the BEST. Why high calorie?
