Workout to Lose Chest Fat | Bodyweight Workouts

We’ve created this workout specifically to focus on burning chest fat. We got some suggestions to create a workout video for reducing chest fat, so that’s what we did!

Bodyweight Exercises:

PUSH UPS – 15 REPS
DIAMOND PUSH UPS – 15 REPS
REST
MOUNTAIN CLIMBER PUSH UPS – 8 REPS
DECLINE PUSH UPS – 10 REPS
REST
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS – 30 SEC
JUMPING JACKS – 30 REPS
