Workout Wednesday- Aerobic Power

In this video coach Phil puts himself though our Aerobic Power workout.
The workout consists of doing as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Kettle bell swings and 15 burpees. The weights for the swings are 32kg for men and 24kg for women.
