Push ups – 3 sets x 10 reps
Vinyasa – (Plank, Cobra & Downward Dog) – 3 rounds
Med Ball Side Twist – 3 sets x 20 reps
Overhead DB Tricep Extensions – 3 sets x 10 reps
Bendover DB Tricep Extensions – 3 sets x 10 reps
