10 Minute Core Workout for Killer Abs!!

My name is Jenny and I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. I love all aspects of health and fitness and want to share my passion with others in the hope they will love it too.

Every Monday I release new workouts for you to follow along with either at home or in the gym. I always give low impact options so I hope they are inclusive for all.

Today is an ab workout and consists of 10 exercises, 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest.

Plank hip tap
Side plank hip tap to knee to elbow
Flutter kicks
Ab cycle
Back extension
All 4’s hover with twist
Glute bridge
Leg lower reverse curl
Plank reach
Banana obliques
