10 minute home abs workout

This is a short intense 10 minute abs workout that you can do from anywhere at anytime leaving you with no excuses not to get a workout done

this workout will help you build a strong core and help you burn a few extra calories

Each exercise will be done for 30 seconds with a 12 second active rest (plank) in between exercises
