Today we have a lower abs workout as well as a muscle toning and calorie burning workout. Please try and do this twice over if energy levels permit. We have started you off with lower abdominal work, and these will really help to get the blood flowing and get you nice and warmed up. This particular workout does not include a warm up or cool down so please choose one to do from our main website.
