It is core day and we are doing a 15 minute plank core and ab workout. There are 2 rounds, each round consists of plank, hover and side plank rounds. Each round has a hold and two moves in the receptive exercise! So if your ready to work on that 6 pack this 16 minutes is all you need!
There is a 2 minute warm up in this workout. This workout has 2 rounds done twice. Each round has 3 45 second moves and 6 30 second moves with 10 second breaks.
