Long time No SEE!
I have for you here a 15 minute circuit that you can do outdoors especially now the sun is starting to shine ☀️
3 rounds:
sprint/ jog
10 push ups
sprint/ jog
20 squats
sprint/ jog
30 burps
sprint/ jog
40 mountain climbers
Rest for 2 minutes per round
