In this video I explain why you shouldn’t be thinking of exercise as “fat burning” using rice.
The basic idea is that Instead of thinking about the exercise you do in a session, think about the amount of calories you burn over your whole day. It’s this total that is more important to fat loss, than individual sessions of fat loss exercise.
You can do fat loss exercise and still put on weight if you’re still in a calorie deficit.
It’s much better (and easier) to start incorporating more movement into your daily activities which ends up increasing your need for calories. This helps create the energy deficit needed to lose weight.
