2 Minutes ABS Workout Routine – GYMNASTIC SKILLS by NFF Gymnastics

In this Video ex Gymnast Kevin Mettler and Personal Training Client Lena are showing you a 2 Minute ABS Workout Program from Gymnasts.

Most important is, never rest until the workout is finished and also make sure your back is always on the floor – no hollow back – if this is not possible, tuck your knees instead of straight legs.

The routine is as Follow:
1. Jacknifes with legs vertical 10x
2. Jacknifes with upper body on floor, only legs lifting 10x
3. Bicycle 10x
4. Wipers left and right 10x or 5x each side
5. Wipers Circle right side 5x
6. WIpers Circle left side 5x
7. Holding C-Plus Position 20Sec
