4+ Sports Nutrition | EGG & OAT+ VARIETY MUFFINS

Here’s an easy muffin recipe using EGG & OAT+. They’re great as an easy, grab-and-go breakfast or healthy snack! Just toss all the ingredients in your blender and then add any variety of different toppings to each one!

INGREDIENTS:

90g EGG&OAT+ VANILLA

100g almond flour

200g cup Greek yogurt

2 bananas

2 eggs

65g honey

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

POSSIBLE TOPPINGS:

Blueberries & strawberries

Strawberries & chocolate chips

Cinnamon & apple

Sliced almonds & chocolate chips

Coconut & chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 155°C (315°F).

2. Blend all the ingredients together for about 1-2 minutes. Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups.

3. Add the toppings of your choice.

4. Bake at 155°C (315°F) for 15-18 minutes. Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
