This 40 Minute full body workout can be easily followed along at home and helps with your weight loss. No equipment is required at all and you only need little space. The workout consists of both cardio exercises and strength / toning exercises without weights. The combination of both cardio and toning exercises will maximize fat burning and by doing so increases your weight loss.
As earlier said, this workout takes about 40 minutes and is built up from 4 different sets. 2 cardio sets and 2 strength sets. Between each set you will get a short water break.
