hope you are doing well. I have for you another full body workout. HIIT workout consists of 6 Tabata Rounds, Cardio Zone and 5 Minutes AMRAP – ABS focused. This workout brings opportunity also for beginners willing to know their limits.
I´d like to remind you that all my workouts are well thought out. I use following principles of training:
– principle of continuity
– principle of variety
– principle of cyclicity
– principle of ensuring results
and
– principle of intensity and frequency.
1. Round = Tabata round
– 3 Outside Mountain Climbers + 1 Dumbbell Pull
– Sqat Hold (4 sec.) Jumps
2. Round = Tabata Round
– Roll Down Candle into Pushups
– Single Leg Squat
3. Round = Tabata Round
– Side Lunge with Side Leg Pull
– Goblet Squats
4. Round = Tabata Round
– Elevated Knee/Elbow Tucks into Ground Pushups
8×20/10
5. Round = Tabata Round
– Bear Twist Burpee
Cardio Zone – 5x 60/10
1. 2 Tuck Jumps + 2 Jumping Jacks
2. Single Leg Plyo Jumps
3. Other Leg
4. Crab Position Front Kicks
5. Plank Jacks
AMRAP Zone – ABS
– 20x Leg Rises
– 10x Sit Ups
