5-10-15 Rapid Fat Loss Program (Season 2)

Every year we take 18 participants and put them through three weeks of high-intensity workout, meal planning and food journaling with the 5-10-15 rapid fat loss program at Body Rock bootcamp. We are now into the second week of workouts with a group of highly motivated boot campers. Here’s a video of today’s workout to show what we’ve been up to.
