A high intensity circuit that can have difficulty increased or decreased based upon the weight volume used.
This circuit is great for increasing the heart rate and can be quite challenging.
Perform each group of exercises and their reps as many times as possible in a 5min time frame then repeat completing each 5min effort twice for each group of exercises.

-sled rope pull + push x3
-burpee bar touch x5
-slam balls x5
-kettle bell swings x10
Exercises Round 2:
-alternating rope slams x10
-dumbbell clean + press x6
-wall balls x5
-single kettle bell deadlifts x10
