Today i did my #military_press seassion and i must say it didnt feel right. I was tired and couldnt perform as i wish i did, but well it is still OK since im staying on track with Jim Wendlers 5/ 3/ 1 program.

Sets I did:
Wormup sets:
15×10 kg
10×20 kg

Working sets:
5×37,5 kg
5×42,5 kg
9×50 kg

After that i did some accessory work
