Dear all,

I (with my fitness friends) have for you another total body HIIT workout. This time it will really be intense. Please, consider that not all exercises are appropriate for everyone. Consult your health condition with your doctor and make sure you can join our workouts, because these routines are definitely not easy.

Anyway, total body means all of your muscles will be involved during this workout. I used JointbyJoint principle as well as exercises for Deep stabilization system.

And yes there is mistake .. no scorpio, but spider push ups 😀 just repeat. :))
