Heel Touches – 20 – 30 reps
Push Throughs – 20 – 30 reps
Alternating Crunches – 20 – 30 reps
Alternating Leg Lifts – 20 – 30 reps
Toe Touches – 20 – 30 reps
In & Outs – TILL FAILURE!!!
