Hey guys, due to popular demand I created a simple 5 minute home ab workout that will get you a shredded six pack in no time.

Just sit back and follow along. This routine is short, intense and will get your results before you know it.

Get killer abs as fast as possible following these simple exercises that challenge and push your body to the fullest.

Lower abs are typically the hardest part of the abdomen to get showing. Sometimes, this can be due to genetics.. sometimes this can be due to the fact that you just have too much body fat and need to focus on lowering that first.. but then other times, it’s because people have the wrong form on their lower ab exercises.

This is an intense 5 min ab workout that well help melt the fat off your lower abs, tone up the obliques, and strengthen your core!
