Today was a wonderful and sunny day so i decided to workout outside in this nice garden 🙂
Here is a 7 minutes ABS workout that you can easily perform at home, gym or outside. It’s quick and easy but very effective when performed correctly.
60 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds rest.
V-Ups Lower Abs with Toe Touch
Plank Pikes
Reverse Crunches
Knee to Elbow Plank
Side Plank (Left & Right)
PS- Sorry about the sun burn flare in the lens, but i didnt notice that the sun was been capture by the recorder, next time i will be more careful 🙂
