#8 11 MINUTE CHALLENGE | FEBRUARY’S FINAL FLING | AEROBIC ABS BLAST

Enter February’s final countdown strong with an 8 minute workout that increases heart rates and works the abs and core. Follow with 3 minutes of mindful breathing to bring you back to a state of calm and focus for the week ahead.

HIIT | PART ONE:

1. Mountain Climbers – 30 reps fast!
2. Bicycle crunches – 30 reps
3. Plank jumping jack – 30 reps
4. Russian twists – 30 reps
5. Rest and Repeat

Set your timer for 8 minutes and complete the steps above doing as many rounds as you can in the time. This isn’t a race so take part at your own pace, taking breaks as required and, making sure to maintain form throughout. Scroll through and watch the videos for demonstrations of all the exercises.

CHILL | PART TWO: Set your timer for 3 minutes and focus on your breath and your heart rate, noticing how it slows down. When your mind drifts (and it will) bring it back to focusing on your breath. In and out. In and out.
