8 24 16 – Piyo Strength Intervals – Daily Workout

Yesterday’s workout was strength intervals. I just didn’t have time to edit and post. I find this is extremely difficult for my triceps. I can do some push-ups for sure and NOT on my knees but in this workout I sure have to drop to my knees cause my triceps are screaming!!!! About to go hit Full Body Blast!!! Have a great day!!
