this is my 9 best abbs workout, do this daily and you will start seeing results within a month.
do FIRST 2 excercises for 20 seconds if you are a beginer and for those in regular do it for 45 seconds . after each set take 10 seconds gap in between and continue it until failure
in THIRD , for beginers 8 reps and for regular 12 reps. after each set take 10 seconds gap in between and continue it until failure
in FOURTH , for beginers 6 on each side, and for regular 10 on each side. after each set take 10 seconds gap in between and continue it until failure
in FIFTH ,SIXTH ,SEVENTH, EIGHTH AND NINTH ,for beginers do it for 25 seconds and if regular do it for 45 seconds. after each set take 10 seconds gap in between and continue it until failure.
