90kg Deadlifts – Strength and Fat Loss

9kg Deadlifts and awful form. This is how you don’t lift, your rear should be up so mind is not to bad but my chest should have been higher and head down more.

Will add progression deadlifts as I now have much better technique than this, and technique is extreamly important not just for safety of your back but it allows you to lift more.

I now use 8 reps instead of 5 and feels amazing for strength building and hypertrophy.
