Whatsupppp everyone?! Hope everyone’s doing well! In today’s video, I go over some of the basics… because in this world, the fitness industry can be very confusing and I want to create an encyclopedia of fitness content to educate and motivate as many people as possible. So here we go with the first entry to my new Muscle Building 101 series!! In this series I will cover the fundamental components that create and form the muscle building process. These will be very informative videos, and I go into a lot of detail on the topics covered.
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, today’s video will cover Muscle Protein Synthesis, Hypertrophy and how to produce it, and the different macronutrients as well as the role each of them play when it comes to maximizing the 2 aforementioned variables. By the end of watching this video, you will understand: What muscle protein synthesis is and how to stimulate it, how to cause hypertrophy with the interactions between food and the MPS process, what the anabolic window is and how long it really lasts, and how much of each macronutrient you should consume around your workouts to maximize muscle building!! I hope you learn a lot from this video! Remember, I’m on this journey with all of you, so I am learning as I go as well, just sharing what I’ve found through years of research and experimentation!
