Testing my strength out of the weights room. What does that even mean? I went back to my roots and started an aerial sports class! Trapeze, silks and lyra – oh so much fun! You should try it. Come along as I pretend to be in the circus!
It’s actually one hell of a workout. My upper body is sore and I can’t feel the backs of my legs. Talk about stretching muscles! I’d recommend trying it out if you need to do something new. I burned 300 cals in a hour, so it was well worth it for me!!
