This total body workout is the ideal fat burning circuit workout. You’ll be doing strength based moves in this total body circuit workout, but at a pace that allows for fat burning. This is a fat loss circuit as much as it is a muscle building workout. If you want to know how to build strength and get fat burn simultaneously this fat loss circuit is ideal for you.
This total body circuit workout has 5 exercises. For Round 1 of the fat loss circuit workout, you’ll do 10 reps of each exercise. Then take 10-30 seconds of rest, and proceed to Round 2. For Round 2 you’ll do 15 reps of each of the exercises in this full body circuit and then take 10-30 seconds of rest. For Round 3 you’ll do 20 reps, Round 4 25 reps etc. If you are a beginner try to do 1-3 round of this total body circuit workout. If you are more advanced shoot for 4-5 rounds of this full body fat loss workout. • 10 to 30 second rest
• Round 2 – 15 of each
• 10 to 30 second rest
• Round 3 – 20 of each
• 10 to 30 second rest
• Round 4 – 25 of each
