Round One
Split Squat x10 each leg
Push Up x10
High Knees x10 each leg
Sofa Dips x10
Execution: In round one you’ll complete 10 reps of each exercise. In round two you’ll complete 9 reps and so on, until you have completed 10 rounds from 10 reps to 1 rep. Rest when/if needed.
