Hitting some rack squats to help with top end strength, set slightly higher then normal, I like these because ever since I started putting them into my program i am a lot more powerful in my jumps, this is because I get to start from the angle I get into when I jump, then decided to do some bag work and pads, I finished off at home with some small ZUU drills.
