This was an extremely long day but i got it done! There was a lot of work I had to do on this particular day and i really didn’t feel like going to the gym but I made it there anyway. Enjoyed my daily salad,s as usual and protein bars. Hunger is still not an issue, it’s been more fatigue from the actual day. Enjoy the video filled with salads and protein bars .
