One Year of #OakLife Shows!!!…and 5 Years of Rachael Clark​ getting her fitness on at Oak Strength!

Rachael was one of the first athletes at Oak Strength back in 2012 and she’s still consistent today! She has made fitness and her health a priority!

Once ridden by arthritic knees, Rachael now squats, lunges and jumps with the best of the them! She has gotten stronger and can now do a variety of movements that were unattainable when she first started training 5 years ago!
