Massive Strength- Chest Day

Massive strength is a strength training program were you are building lots of lean muscle. The goal is to do light reps and heavy weight. By doing so you continue to progress in your one rep max. This program challenges you to go really heavy since you’re not doing that many reps, nevertheless if you hit the correct amount of reps and you do not feel challenged push yourself to do extra reps or increase your weight.
