strength and endurance

hello there!
wanted to make a really long structured video with warm up, step by step explanation but then just ended up with this 😉
This is a strength and endurance training:
MOBILISATION – 3 MIN
CROSS TRAINER – 5 MIN
DYNAMIC STRETCHING – 3 MIN
6 SETS OF:
10 RINGS DIPS
46 STEPS UP (with 2*18 liter water gallons)
10 DIAMOND PUSH UPS
46 STEPS DOWN (with 2*18 liter water gallons)
Rest 1,5 minutes between the sets
total time of workout 22 min
COOL DOWN – 5 MIN
STATIC STRETCHING – 5 MIN
Total duration of workout was around 45 minutes
