Powerhouse Smoothie Recipe
• 1 C kale
• 1/2 medium cucumber
• 1 stalk celery
• 2 T sliced ginger (to taste)
• 1 small Granny Smith Apple
• 1 scoop Vanilla Lean 15
• Ice & water
