2018 – Strength Block – Week 4: Squats and Bench

BW 190lbs.

I’ve been patient with my lifting these past few months and it’s beginning to pay off. Squat weights are still relatively low, but feeling very easy. I’m finally pain free (consistently) for the first time in about two years, too.

Re coaching: I’m not a great lifter, but I’ve been doing this for a long time and it turns out I am better at helping others than helping myself. I’ve been working with a handful of athletes who are all enjoying success. I hope to post them on this channel soon.
