Just thought I’d share my workout with everyone today!

Warm up: 2 mile run
Kettlebell swings
Weighted lunges
Goblet squats
Round kick chamber raises
Side kick raises
Round kicks with resistance band

This is NOT an instructional video! This is just an example of some of the training I do to prepare myself physically.
