Bodybuilding Egg Recipe (High Protein Low Fat) to Build Lean Muscle

A very simple bodybuilding egg recipe to incorporate as one of your breakfast staples (or you got it…have it any time during the day). This open-faced bodybuilding egg sandwich is very healthy and versatile, you can eat it when cutting or bulking because it is very macro friendly (high protein, low fat, moderate to low carb). Obviously as a high protein egg recipe, you can substitute whole eggs with egg whites if you prefer. Great for building lean muscle or maintaining muscle during a cut.

Ingredients:
Whole wheat bread
Lentils
Eggs
And whatever your heart desires

Macronutrients:
Per one open faced egg sandwich: 19g protein, 38g carbs, 6g fat (10g fiber)
For two egg sandwiches: 38g protein, 72g carbs, 12g fat
