Introduction to my strength/athlete program

Hello everyone,

This is a fairly recent video of my barbell back squats (335 lbs for 4 reps). This is a part of my new strength program for basketball. I have gotten very good results from my program and I know that you can too. In addition, I was able to get my squat up to 405 lbs for 3 reps since then.
